你要做Your part

食品品牌填品牌名稱、菜式、主要產品、產能、營運城市及聯絡方法；廚房營運方選相應身份，介紹場地、可協調嘅品牌及合作構想。未定事項寫喺補充資料。Brands provide their name, cuisine, product type, capacity, operating city and contact details. Operators select the kitchen role and describe the facility, brands they can coordinate and collaboration ideas. Explain unknown details in the notes.

FIRE 會點處理FIRE’s part

成功提交後，將申請資料存入私人後台並顯示 FIRE 查詢編號。唔會自動公開申請內容。A successful submission is stored privately and receives a FIRE reference. Application details are not automatically published.

去到呢一步What this means 申請已儲存，未等於獲接納；請保存編號。The application is recorded, not accepted. Keep the reference.

你要做Your part

準備介紹適合團購、學校午餐、商務或活動餐飲嘅產品；廚房營運方可說明能否轉介旗下品牌或配合集單交收。Describe products suitable for group buys, school lunches, business or event catering. Operators can explain brand referrals or coordinated order handover.

FIRE 會點處理FIRE’s part

人手查閱申請，按需要了解地區、數量及供應形式，討論係品牌供餐、品牌轉介，定其他合作。Review the application manually and discuss area, capacity and format to determine whether the fit is food supply, brand referrals or another arrangement.

去到呢一步What this means 場地合作唔等於場地旗下所有品牌都已加盟。A facility partnership does not automatically enrol every brand using that facility.

你要做Your part

按跟進要求提供合適嘅營運資料、菜單、價格、產能、備餐時間、包裝及過敏原資料；並確認圖片及品牌資料可供刊登。Provide relevant operating information, menus, pricing, capacity, lead times, packaging and allergen details as requested. Confirm permission to publish brand information and images.

FIRE 會點處理FIRE’s part

同你逐項確認所需資料、供應及食品責任、品牌直接收款安排及合作條款。現有申請表只收文字及網址，文件交換方式會另行確認。Agree the required information, supply and food responsibilities, direct-to-brand payment arrangements and partnership terms with you. The current application takes text and links; document exchange is arranged separately.

去到呢一步What this means 未訂明嘅收費、分工、付款或取消安排，唔會視作已同意。Unspecified fees, responsibilities, payment or cancellation arrangements are not treated as agreed.

你要做Your part

確認合作條款及準備公開嘅品牌介紹、菜式、餐單與交收資料。Approve the partnership terms and the brand description, cuisine, menus and handover information to be made public.

FIRE 會點處理FIRE’s part

合作及刊登內容確認後，才由管理方安排加入「FIRE 合作品牌」。菜式招募位同市場資料庫會維持獨立。After the partnership and publication details are agreed, administrators can publish the brand under FIRE partners. Recruitment categories and market references remain separate.

去到呢一步What this means 已刊登品牌亦唔代表每款產品都隨時有貨或可以即時購買。A published partner listing does not mean every product is always available or immediately orderable.

你要做Your part

收到合適需求後，確認菜單、份數、價格、時間及交收能力；只按雙方書面確認嘅訂單準備食品。For a suitable enquiry, confirm the menu, quantity, price, timing and handover capacity. Prepare food only against an order agreed in writing.

FIRE 會點處理FIRE’s part

協調客戶同供應品牌確認方案，再按個別訂單約定跟進交收及問題。Coordinate agreement between the customer and food brand, then support handover and follow-up as agreed for that order.

去到呢一步What this means 合作唔保證訂單量；每宗訂單與責任仍需個別確認。Partnership does not guarantee order volume; each order and its responsibilities require separate confirmation.
