訂餐用途 *Occasion *喜好菜式（選填）Preferred cuisine (optional)預計人數／份數 *Estimated people / portions *估計數量即可，並非最低訂購量。An estimate is fine; this is not a minimum order.需要日期（未定可留空）Target date (leave blank if unsure)城市／交收區域 *City / handover area *預算（選填）Budget (optional)填每人或總額，並註明 CAD。Per person or total; please specify CAD.餐飲方向 *Food concept *交收偏好 *Handover preference *補充訂餐需要Additional food requirements可填口味、包裝、場地、飲食偏好或供應能力。不要填寫個人醫療或兒童資料；過敏原需與品牌直接確認。Include flavours, packaging, venue, dietary preferences or capacity. Avoid personal medical or children's data. Confirm allergens directly with the brand.
